Over the past 10 years, Dr. Naumann has presented his seminars on Customer
Satisfaction and Loyalty around the world. His seminars have been very well received by
audiences in Europe, North America, Asia, New Zealand, and Australia. However, many
individuals were not able to attend those seminars for various reasons, not the least of
which is our increasingly busy work schedules. Many of these individuals, and attendees,
asked for videos that could be taken back to share in their companies. In response to
these requests, Naumann Research, Inc. and CDI Productions have developed The

The concepts and ideas presented in the videos
are drawn from Dr. Naumann's books: Creating
Customer Value, Customer
Satisfaction Measurement and Management, and Customer Centered Six Sigma: Using Customers To Drive Continuous Improvement. All of
the concepts have been used successfully in real world situations. Therefore, every idea
in the discussions has been field tested. Many actual examples are provided to illustrate
the experiences of others.
The goal of the video series is to help
organizations to become more responsive to their customers. Since there are a variety of
ways to capture and use customer input, six videos were developed. Additional videos will
be added periodically on new topics.
These training videos provide clear, concise,
step-by-step discussions of the key issues associated with each topic. All the videos are
broken into from six to eighteen modules. Each module consists of a 10-15 minute
presentation by Dr. Naumann. At the end of each module, there is an experiential exercise
that will bring the concepts to life in your company. All of these exercises have been
successfully used by managers.
Each video is accompanied by a workbook. The
workbook has a description of the concepts within each module, all PowerPoint graphics
that appear in the video, and the experiential exercises. Each video includes two workbooks. These materials are copyrighted and additional workbooks may be purchased.
